- WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 2: 1st SESSION
Has it ever happened to you that you lose your attention when trying to solve a problem?
Has it ever happened to you that countless emotions pile up in you that you could not give
shape or meaning to? Our thinking is generally a whirlwind of ideas and emotions
that come together without us being aware of everything that happens. In this session we will try to
pay attention to what happens to us when we think about everyday things.
- WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 9: 2nd SESSION
Being able to analyze and parcel out our ideas and intentions allows us to clarify our
thoughts. To do this, in this session we are going to force ourselves to think under the orders of the
colored hats. Each hat will be a function of thought, and only under its baton
will we be able to argue and reason.
- WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16: 3rd SESSION
On certain occasions the thoughts are recurrent and vicious, how could we abandon
that pessimistic inertia that sometimes dominates us? How could I encourage my mind to be more
creative? Practicing these skills will allow us to have better control over our minds,
in this session the hats will teach us how to do it.
