Popeye will be a Robin Hood of the seas, supplying food to the most disadvantaged from port to port, until he reaches Puerto Lindo with his imposing brig "The Barracuda". There he will meet the love of his life, Olivia, but winning her over will not be easy, since she is the fiancée of the feared Brutus, a usurer captain with a lot of power in the town.
