Xanadu Dream at the Creators Cycle, Mister Witt Café!

Next January 29th at 9:30 pm, the stage of Mister Witt Café 

Cartagena will be filled with emotions with the second concert of the Ciclo Creadores, a series organized by the association Por Amor al Arte Cartagena thanks to the sponsorship of the Cartagena City Council and Mister Witt Café. It will be an unmissable event for those looking to immerse themselves in authentic and captivating musical proposals.

As the highlight of the evening, we will enjoy Sueño Xanadú, a young band from Murcia that has managed to make a name for itself on the regional scene thanks to its combination of alternative pop rock and immersive distortion, creating true soundscapes that transport the audience on an emotional journey. We will have the opportunity to enjoy the live presentation of their first EP, released on January 16.

Formed in late 2023, Sueño Xanadú has surprised with tracks like "No estoy tan caliente", "K wapo estaba ayer" and "Piensa en mí". Their music draws on shoegaze and noise pop, with references to big names like My Bloody Valentine and Fontaines DC, while maintaining their own identity that is nourished by their constant evolution.

The band has been a finalist in competitions such as Creamurcia and Rendibú, and has shared the stage with groups such as Pony Bravo and La Paloma, participating in renowned festivals such as Lemon Pop 2024. In their live performances, their energy and sound atmospheres create an immersive show where each note resonates in the environment.

The Sueño Xanadú line-up is made up of:

Marco Arquimbau: drums

Continuing the line of taking advantage of these spaces to present new musical projects, the evening will be opened by "Samii is away", who invites us to discover his most personal and sincere sound world. His solo project is an intimate window to his emotions, with influences ranging from the most current indie pop to the enveloping landscapes of post-rock.

Coming from various local groups, Samii now appears solo to touch those sensitive fibers with songs that speak of everyday life and what we feel deep inside.

This will be a unique opportunity to learn more about two of the most promising artists on the current local scene and enjoy their new compositions.
