Antonio Madrid at the Creators Cycle, Mister Witt Café!

Next Wednesday, February 5 at 9:30 p.m., don't miss Antonio Madrid at the third concert of the Ciclo Creadores, a series organized by the association Por Amor al Arte Cartagena thanks to the sponsorship of Cartagena City Council and Mister Witt Café.

We will have Antonio Madrid presenting his first solo work “Carrusel” . After a long career and numerous collaborations with groups such as Alborada, Ley Seca, American Hit, Sentada Acústica and Generación X, Antonio arrives with a unique project that fuses elegant folk rock with touches of Rock&Roll, Swing and pop. An album full of fresh melodies that will make you feel each story and he will perform with a luxury company:

WICHY DE MALLA (Drums and cajon ) – With more than 25 years of experience, 15 albums and hundreds of concerts throughout the country, this drummer stands out for his technique and forcefulness. For 17 years he was part of the legendary band Los Rebeldes and has collaborated with numerous top-level artists. In addition, he has released two albums as a soloist.

ALBERTO MONREAL (Electric guitar and mandolin) – A guitarist of great elegance and subtlety, with an extensive career backed by various musical projects such as The Wet Grass, Creedence Experience (tribute band to Creedence Clearwater Revival) and the rockabilly trio Missouri Brigade. He has recently released his first solo album.

And that's not all! This season, we want to open each concert with new local talents. On this occasion, Naira and Andrea, two young promises, will accompany us with a small great acoustic performance interpreting two of their new songs. A perfect start to a night full of music and freshness.

In addition, throughout the event, some of the city's greatest artists will join in to participate with Antonio Madrid and his band. You'll have to attend to find out who they are... you can't miss it!
