Malaga-born Rafael Aguirre is one of the most accredited guitarists of today, touring the works of Joaquín Rodrigo around the world. Fantasía para un gentilhombre is inspired by the guitar works of Gaspar Sanz, a pioneer of the 17th century. Rodrigo's clear and stylized language brings a simple beauty to his works.
