Synopsis:

Angel (Ovidi Montllor) is a poacher who lives in a forest with his mother (Lola Gaos), a tyrannical and violent woman. On one of his rare trips to the city, he meets Milagros (Alicia Sánchez), a girl who has escaped from a reformatory and who is the lover of a criminal called El Cuqui. Angel protects her and takes her to his house. The mother's animosity towards Milagros, as well as the attraction that Angel feels towards her, will lead to a drama.
