XXIV Theater Contest, ´ISIDORO MAIQUEZ¨
The 24th Isidoro Máiquez National Theater Competition will be held for the first time at the Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center. The event will run from April 28 to May 3, with most performances beginning at 8:00 PM.

Saturday: THE VISITOR
The competition will award prizes in the categories of Best Actress, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Director, Best Staging, and the Special Audience Award, titled "Isidoro Máiquez."
This award, which will be decided by those who purchase a ticket for the entire festival, will feature a statue of Isidoro Máiquez. The work awarded the prize for best staging will receive 1,000 euros in cash.
The selected theatre groups will receive grants for the performance of their plays, the amount of which will depend on the distance travelled.
All performances will be at 8:00 PM, except on Saturday, when they will be at 7:00 PM.
The donation is €5 each, with a €20 voucher for all 6 works.
Tickets can also be purchased in person two hours before each show at the Luzzy box office, which is also open on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Payments must be made by credit card.
