Ibrahim Maalouf presents *The Trumpets of Michel-Ange Vol. 2* (T.O.M.A.), a show that brings together the hallmarks that have made the French-Lebanese trumpeter one of the most influential figures in music today. It is a journey where folklore and modernity engage in a free-flowing dialogue, combining the festive energy and nostalgia of the East with jazz and world music, all within a staging concept designed as a grand celebration.
A two-time consecutive Grammy nominee and César Award winner, Ibrahim Maalouf has built an extraordinary career as a musician, composer, and producer. He has released over twenty albums, composed numerous film scores, and collaborated with artists such as Quincy Jones, John Legend, Stevie Wonder, Angélique Kidjo, Jacob Collier, and Jon Batiste. Furthermore, he has performed on some of the world's most prestigious stages, including London's Royal Albert Hall, New York's Lincoln Center, and Washington's Kennedy Center.
Beyond the stage, Maalouf has spearheaded projects such as the *m'IMPROvise* festival, the Free Spirit Ensemble (a classical orchestra dedicated to improvisation), and *The Improbox Show*. Also committed to various social causes, he organized a historic charity concert following the Beirut port explosion, raising over two million euros for the victims. In 2026, his track "Red & Black Light" was chosen as the basis for "Echo"—one of the official songs of the FIFA World Cup, performed by Daddy Yankee and Shenseea—cementing a career that continues to push the boundaries of contemporary music.
