Price, appreciation and contempt is a look at our internal dialogue, 
to be aware that everything in our society has a price, 
even ourselves and the price of contempt is very high, given that the 
environment plays a very important role, it is our responsibility 
to give ourselves the value we deserve.

María José Sánchez Terrones holds a degree in psychology and is a social education technician. She specializes in 
corporate, educational, and social laughter therapy and is an expert in self-esteem techniques for women survivors. With over 15 years of experience in the field of psychology, her work has yielded proven results for hundreds of people she has helped throughout her career. She is the author of the book "Good Morning Freedom," which reflects the determination of a brave, sincere, and honest woman, where frustration gives way to resilience and a new version of herself.
