Theatrical Tour: Polybius. The Memory of Qart Hadast

Featuring the Greek historian Polybius and his young scribe Philo, this tour leads visitors through some of the city's key historical landmarks. Discover the traces of Qart Hadast and Carthago Nova—from their Punic origins to the Roman conquest and subsequent transformation into a major Roman city.

Combining historical rigor, theatrical performance, humor, and audience interaction, the city itself becomes the stage, connecting ancient Cartagena with its enduring legacy.

First session: 10:00 AM, departure from the entrance to El Molinete hill, in front of the health center.

The tour will start from.el Molinete, Plaza de San francisco, Plaza de San Gines, Calle Concepción, Parque Torres, MIrador del Teatro, Calle del Osario y finalmente Plaza del Ayuntamiento. 

Second session: 12:00 PM, starting from City Hall Square (Plaza del Ayuntamiento), following the route in reverse.

Duration: Approximately 90 minutes per session.
