Synopsis : Peru, 1990s. The political situation in the country is very turbulent with the military controlling the streets. Two teenage sisters are about to leave the country forever when they unexpectedly meet up with an absent father. To leave Peru, the mother needs his permission. The reunion will both amplify and alleviate her pain over the impending change.
