CARTAGENA JAZZ FESTIVAL presents Jose Antonio Aarnoutse Quartet
Flamenco jazz concert in a quartet formation accompanied by the singing of Jose Antonio Chacón, the double bass of Jesús Géa and the percussion of Alejandro Solano.
During the performance , songs from José Antonio Aarnouts' first solo album, “El arte del encuentro” , will be performed , and some of the songs that will be included in his next album will be presented.
A touch and a way of composing in his compositions where the main objective is not to lose the depth of the flamenco sound but adding to this essence melodies and chords of other music with which he has been interacting and participating in different formations throughout his musical career.
