Are our judges prepared to leave their beliefs and ideology outside the courtroom? To what extent is our judiciary capable of being impartial, of resolving issues without taking sides or being influenced by its own interests? In this book, the author analyses many of these situations – presenting significant real cases – and reflects on the consequences of the loss of impartiality, while suggesting some lines of solution.
