María Teresa Cervantes Gutiérrez is one of the most outstanding exponents of the Culture of Cartagena and the region of Murcia. She passed away in October 2024. Teresa has made a unique and unique place for herself in 20th century Spanish poetry.
'El Viaje de Teresa' is a poetic and sentimental journey through a life marked by different places and historical situations; it is a vindication of her poetry, which deserves to be better known and appreciated in every corner. Teresa is Paris and Bonn, but above all she is Cartagena, the land she wanted to leave, but which she always longed for and which she returned to.
Her verses, her phrases and the music she loved help us to travel with her through a whole life, a journey that is worth undertaking.
