The current political situation in Spain is taking a very worrying turn, as some judges are actively participating in politics without having gone to the polls, which is very dangerous and worrying for our democracy. For all these reasons, in the face of the different cases of lawfare, it is essential that appropriate measures be taken to end this situation, which has no place in any of our community partners in the EU. In this round table we will analyse this situation and how to solve it.

Speakers: Pascual Ortuño Muñoz, retired judge of the family division of the Barcelona Court of Appeals, and Ana Gea Bermúdez, lawyer.
