MODERNIST CARTAGENA: Exhibition `Rediscovering the Torre Llagostera: the Huerto de las Bolas´ Casa Pedreño
The enhancement of one of Cartagena's most significant ensembles is the proposal with which the Chair of History and Heritage of Cartagena seeks to disseminate our architectural legacy, giving rise to an exhibition that can be visited from April 14 to May 31 at the headquarters of the Cajamurcia Foundation, in the Pedreño Palace.
The exhibition is curated by Cartagena's official chronicler, Luis Miguel Pérez Adán, and architect María José Muñoz Mora. The project also incorporates the design of Fuli García and José Fernández, who were responsible for adapting the visual aspects of the exhibition to this emblematic space. It is a comprehensive proposal that seeks to rediscover the Torre Llagostera, also known as Huerto de las Bolas, analyzing its relevance and uniqueness within the city's heritage. Through research, dissemination, and future proposals, the project aims to bring this site closer to the public and promote its understanding and preservation, transforming historical data into an accessible record for all.
