CARTAGENA THINKS: 3-MINUTE THESIS COMPETITION (T3M) WINNERS AND FINALISTS

The 3MT® competition was initially developed by the University of Queensland, Australia, as an exercise for doctoral students to cultivate their academic, presentation, and research communication skills. The competition consists of a three-minute presentation delivered to a non-specialist audience.
Since its first edition in 2008, various universities worldwide have replicated this initiative. The Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) is launching its 6th edition of the competition with the aim of providing an excellent platform to showcase the work being carried out or recently completed by our university's doctoral students.
This event will feature the presentations of the winners and/or finalists from the 2026 edition.

Presented by: Miguel Velázquez Gómez, member of the Cartagena Piensa promoting group and/or member of AJICT.
Organized by: Association of Young Researchers of Cartagena (AJICT).
In collaboration with: Scientific Culture and Innovation Unit of the UPCT (UCC+i).
