Pumpkin recipe tasting and demonstration. From 12 to 1 pm in the Sinergias Tent. Chef Pedro Pedreño.

Content: Various varieties of pumpkin of the species Cucurbita moschata will be displayed and the chef will present several innovative recipes with this product; the pumpkins were grown at Casa Mátrix, one of the Faro farms of the AgrosimbiosisLaba project
