GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCE

Tasting of salted fish with food pairing, 

IENTACULUM 
Bamboo bowls with DO Region of Murcia goat cheese and Kalamata olives macerated with GARVM and spices from Ancient Rome.

THE UMAMI GAME
Extra tuna mojama slices, mullet roe refined with Verna lemon, red tuna roe and fried Marcona almond.

These bites will be paired with wines made from Merseguera, Macabeo, and Muscat of Alexandria grapes, so that attendees can enjoy the experience as if they were in Carthago Nova, at the beginning of our common era, while we talk about the journey of salt and fish over the last six thousand years.
